Duration: Total Duration of training will be of one year
(i.e. 12 months) from the date of contract. The one-year training will include
2 weeks’ Basic Training and 50 weeks’ On-the-Job Training.

Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban: Rs. 12,300/-
Metro: Rs. 15,000/-
Eligibility Criteria of Punjab National Bank Apprentice Recruitment
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be minimum 20 years
and maximum 28 years as on 01.01.2026 i.e. candidates must have been born not
earlier than 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2006.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as
mentioned below.
# Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
# Persons With Disabilities: 10 years
Educational Qualification:
(i) Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 31.12.2025 and candidate must produce Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Degree Certificate issued from the University/ College/ Institute as and when required by the Bank.
(ii) For the candidates registered under National
Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date of passing their Graduation
should not be more than 4 years preceding to the cut-off date i.e. 01.01.2026.
Local Language: The candidates applying for training
seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading, writing,
speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.
